1. Payment:.
All Payments are referenced to a fixed price in UK pounds sterling. Other currencies shown are calculated automatically from this fixed base. Exchange rates are determined by a US based finance house, and are updated daily.
We accept most Credit Cards - either through the Paypal Organisation, or Sage pay payment methods via our website or on the telephone.
We can also accept payments by cheque, but only if drawn on a British Bank account payable in Sterling.
2. Delivery:
All pre-paid orders received before midday local UK time will be shipped on the same day subject to stock availability. If for any reason, your product is not able to be shipped, you will be contacted by e-mail, or by telephone.
3. Post and Packing charges: Please click on the P & P charges link to view these in detail.
4. Returns policy: We are happy to offer a 14 day refund of the price paid for the full quantity of all yarn purchased, minus the actual cost of postage incurred by SKD. The cost of the return postage must be borne by the customer, and products must be received by SKD in a re-saleable condition. SKD reserves the right to choose the method by which the the refund is made.
Any other returns requests will be considered only within 60 days of the original invoice date and will be accepted only at the discretion of Scandinavian Knitting Design. In these cases a re-stocking charge of 20% of the price paid may be levied. The above return policy should be considered as an addition to your statutory rights.

For other EU countries please expect 5 working days as an average, although some countries can take longer than this.
International Deliveries outside of the EU are variable, but 5 working days to hub cities within the destination countries, should be considered an average.
6. Privacy: All private information retained by SKD such as names, addresses and e-mail addresses will always be kept in confidence and not given to other organisations.
