Please see the list below for trouble shooting:

1. Always allow POP-ups when you shop with Scandinavian Knitting Design.

2. The order window has opened but is still minimised at the bottom of your screen.   Look through your open window list.

3. Certain firewall software can cause problems.  Make sure you allow www.Scandinavianknittingdesign.com as a webplace.
